Hotel Five - Milan

The room was well-kept and equipped with extra amenities like tea and mugs. The breakfast featured freshly made coffee by a barista, a rare find,. The room felt a bit compact for two, and the air conditioning could use an upgrade as it struggled to cool the space adequately. Location-wise, while convenient for public transport, navigating the surrounding area posed some challenges.

The triple room we stayed in was airy and neat with value for money facilities. The room had central heating, a work desk, and a multi-channel television plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

Truly enjoyed our rooms with value for money facilities...

the breakfast was excellent with lots of selection, and the hotel's central location made it super easy to stroll to nearby attractions like Sempione Park and the fine Piazza del Duomo, which are both less than 2 km away.

Place was charming small and bright, enjoyed the stay.

The hotel was located near many major attractions such as the Duomo, buses leaving out of Central station or a taxi which can be 100 Euro and the centre of Milan. Everything was great, airy and neat room with adequate window. All the staff was polite and very welcoming, tackled my issues.

Primarily location as only 3 minutes from the metro for access to the city (and all other areas). Public transport links excellent, good range of bars and places to ear close to hand.

Room sizes are cramped and not conducive for those with luggage!!! Noise disturbances from surrounding pubs can be quite bothersome!!! Inconsistent air conditioning is problematic for a comfortable stay!!!

Cleaned and good service along with a very convenient position (near the metro). A little small the single room.

The hotel was very conveniently located, 2 minutes walk from Porta Romana Metro and Tram stations. Mini bar was complimentary.

The single room had a single bed and room was very small.

We loved our time exploring Milan, especially with the grandkids in tow! The breakfast was good, with fresh croissants and lovely coffee. Mohamed's help with tips on public transport and local attractions. Everyone felt welcome from the get-go!

In my wife's opinion, it would be great if they offered lunch bags for those with early departures.

Very steep staircase to the rooms, very small bathroom and very small bathroom sink and facilities.

It was clean, I can't wait to go back. The staff were very amiable as I expected.
